2021 KMA Annual Meeting
Planning is underway for an exciting and informative 2021 KMA Annual Meeting, to be held virtually in August. The meeting will offer education sessions, elections, and a virtual KMA House of Delegates.
The theme for this year’s meeting, “Better Together: Transforming the Landscape of Care,” will speak to the challenges overcome by the physician community over the last year, as well as the changes in healthcare that will likely become part of the future of medicine.
Call for Resolutions
The 2021 KMA House of Delegates will be held virtually. In accordance with KMA bylaws that were adopted by the 2014 House of Delegates, all resolutions being submitted for consideration during the 2021 KMA Annual Meeting must be submitted no later than July 25, 2021.

Reference Committee Hearing
A virtual reference committee hearing will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021 via Zoom Webinar.
The reference committee report will be posted on the KMA Website on Sunday, August 22, 2021.
Extractions to the reference committee report and sunsetting policy will be accepted Monday, August 23-Thursday, August 26 at 5:00pm EDT via Annualmeeting@kyma.org
KMA Elections and Delegate Information
KMA officers and trustees for the 2021-2022 Association year will be elected virtually by the during the 2021 KMA Virtual Annual Meeting. Uncontested nominations will be considered elected by acclamation. Vacancies created by elections or contested elections will be voted on by the HOD on Sunday, August 29.
Verified delegates must be registered for the Annual Meeting by July 25 in order to participate in elections. Registered delegates will receive their voting credentials and virtual Delegate Handbook between Aug. 1-15. Delegates should check their email frequently to receive more specific information on the elections process and important dates.
