Making big changes to diet and exercise routines can be daunting. How can physicians encourage patients to take small, practical steps that can add up to big improvements in their overall health?

On June 25 at noon ET, join KMA President Evelyn Montgomery Jones, M.D., Bridget Hittepole, M.D., and Marisa Faibish, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN for a conversation about promoting better health through manageable changes.

Dr. Bridget Hittepole is an Internal Medicine physician and board-certified Obesity Medicine specialist. She serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Medical Director of the Center for Primary Care at the University of Louisville’s faculty practice. Dr. Hittepole is passionate about preventive care, with a special focus on lifestyle and weight management. She also leads the Louisville chapter of Walk with a Doc, a national organization promoting community health through movement and education.

Marisa Faibish, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, is the lead dietitian for the Norton Sports Health Performance & Wellness Center and the Bellarmine Knights. She is a registered dietitian as well as a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics. Prior to her time with Norton Healthcare, she was the director of performance nutrition at Florida State University, where she oversaw and led the entire nutrition program for FSU Athletics.
